Jim Stone is the president and CEO of EvPsych Studio. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Washington. His research is focused primarily on workplace motivation, viewed mostly through the lense of Evolutionary Psychology. Jim's driving question is how members of Homo sapiens sapiens, whose psychological needs and need-meeting processes were honed in hunter-gatherer bands on the African savanna, can not only cope, but thrive, in today’s complex and rapidly changing world. Jim writes regularly for Psychology Today.
