Kimberly Prescott founded Prescott HR Consulting (formerly Kimberly Price consulting) in 2005. Kimberly's primary area of expertise is Human Resources/Regulatory Compliance and Employee Relations. She has played an integral part in assisting several clients with developing a strong internal management and human resources structure during periods of organizational change and/or rapid growth. She has also been responsible to creating and defining HR departments and practices from the ground up. Kimberly brings more than 13 years of HR experience. She has held various HR Director and leadership positions, including at Social Solutions, Maxim Healthcare Services, TEKsystems, Paychex and Giant Food.

Prescott HR Consulting specializes in developing and implementing real time customized solutions and services for clients. They are performance and productivity scientists helping non-profit, corporate, and government clients to hire and successfully manage their employees.
