How You Will Contribute:

As Application Analyst reporting to the Director of IT Finance Service Management, you will play a crucial role in managing technical solutions and teams for various strategic projects involving IT applications like Oracle EBS and SaaS applications. Your responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, translating project objectives into solutions, and driving technical tasks to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business SMEs to prioritize requirements and estimate effort and resources.
  • Contribute to technical delivery functions, including configuration activities, integrations, technical builds, testing cycles, and alignment with requirements.
  • Perform analysis using tools like PL/SQL, SQL, Alteryx, or others to identify data issues and provide technical insights for problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of End-to-End Oracle Global Financial business processes, with a focus on General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
  • Ability to analyze data, identify solutions, and address business issues individually or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology, coupled with extensive project and program management experience.
  • 7+ Years of experience working into Oracle function.

Assets:

  • Experience in Oracle ERP-related projects, Oracle Cloud Fusion migrations.
  • Knowledge of EDI and PL/SQL.
  • Creative problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work US and India hours if needed.
  • Experience in documentation creation (MD50, BR100, testing scripts).
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such as Jira, Rally, Toad, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Tools.
