Job Responsibilities:

  • Counter Sales and Customer Service
  • Handle all related queues including remote order entry
  • Order entry, quotes, order followups, issue resolution
  • Warehouse environment, warehouse activities
  • Stocking, cleaning and merchandising counter and surrounding area
  • Participation in sales, product and team meetings as requested
  • Order pulling and staging
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Excellent customer service skills, in person, over the phone or via other media
  • Experience with Eclipse
  • Self-motivated
  • Aggressive, outgoing, team player.
  • Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) EPEC
  • Previous counter or customer service experience
  • Professional appearance

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Standing all day, able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Counter area /showroom, warehouse
  • Frequent computer and phone use
  • Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
