Kalispell, MontanaSUMMARY
Leads a team of delivery personnel by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with and train delivery personnel (full and part time) through work-withs to increase efficiencies and effective-ness at retail.
Work with delivery personnel to increase performance standards:
- No missed stops.
- All Q.A. standards followed.
- Cooler, back-stock and shelves stocked on every delivery.
- Conduct rotation audits on drivers while covering/training delivery routes.
- Help manage vacation schedule to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Participate in weekly department meetings to ensure delivery 'team' concept.
- Help manage the 'Hot Shot Program'.
- Attends all scheduled meetings.
- Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include: interviewing and hiring
- Training employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Supervises 4 to 10 subordinate employees.
