Position Overview:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following...

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to analyze data and deliver patient access insights, informing and alerting the organization of the dynamic nature of the ever-changing patient journey.
  • Act as a lead for researching and understanding changes across internal and external longitudinal patient data sets.
  • Provide insight to support continuous improvement of processes, analytical tools, and vendor management optimization.
  • Act as a steward of patient journey & access information and key conduit in relaying patient journey narrative with the broader ViiV story, including the ability to communicate complex information succinctly for consumption by leadership and educate cross functionally to matrix stakeholders.
  • Have a seat at the table and support the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals.
  • Oversee management of internal dashboards and distill insights relating to our Patient Hub, Copay, patient journey and other key initiatives.
Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelors degree in business, science, market access or related area
  • 1-2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus in first and third party data analysis (i.e., Patient hub, McKesson, IQVIA, ConnectiveRX and Value centric data, etc.)
  • Experience in reporting & communicating complex information in a clear & concise way.
  • Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insight.
  • Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS, SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and successfully manage high impact projects and initiatives, excel within a matrix work environment, and effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize internal and external data sets to identify key trends and/or opportunities.
  • Understanding of patient access landscape - challenges and opportunities
  • Experience monitoring evolving patient landscape and gathering insights to support patient access solutions.
  • Understanding of the HIV therapeutic area and/or PrEP market
  • Strong strategic thinking and long-term planning skills.
  • Possess a solid foundation in Databricks and Python experience.
