Overview:The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for a variety of activities supporting the customer implementation and ongoing management process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking customers who have expiring certificates and renewing in the INOVALON production environment;
  • New certificate orders set up in the INOVALON production environment;
  • Provisioning Accounts on Inovalon ONE Platform;
  • Provisioning Assets on customer projects;
  • Processing customer suspension and reactivations in Salesforce;
  • Ensure proper project setup in Salesforce.com and assign incoming new project work to the Implementation Advocate;
  • New projects customer outreach;
  • Other duties as requested and/or determined;
  • Expedited customer outreach as needed;
  • Expedited order management;
  • Expedited reactivation and suspension requests;
  • Installation documentation management;
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as always outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving the operational and financial success of the Employer.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Inovalon to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and Inovalon to multi-task with close attention to detail;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Excellent time management skills; and
  • Proven Inovalon to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines.

Education:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
  • Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
  • Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally, usually for training purposes.
